Ingredients
- 400 g (14 oz) boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 8 large lettuce leaves, washed and dried (butter lettuce or romaine work well)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small knob fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Chopped scallions, to serve

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken with the gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden on both sides and cooked through.
- Pile the chicken onto the lettuce leaves, sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions, roll up and enjoy.
Tips
- Use more or less gochujang depending on how spicy you like it.
- For extra crunch, add shredded cucumber or carrot to each wrap.
