- 300 g (10 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 200 g (7 oz) asparagus
- 100 g (3 cups) baby spinach
- 100 g (3/4 cup) cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt, to taste

- Slice the chicken breast thinly and season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
